We have a showroom in Diamond District of New York where you can see actual products and try on. You can also see production process (By Appointment Only)

Can you customize a product?
We manufacture all items listed on our site. We can upgrade the diamond for a smaller size or bigger or even change the setting, gold color etc. Please Call (212 302 0029) or email us (info@weddingbandsus.com) for more info.
Why are your prices lower then any other website or a local jewelry store?
As a ring manufacturers, WeddingBandsUS pass the savings directly to you. You benefit with lower prices due to our volume and by having your jewelry created from start to finish by one company.

Do you sell hollow rings?
All of our bands are completely solid, and we list all the necessary specifications with each ring so that you know before your ring arrives exactly what it is like: Width, thickness, purity of metal, etc.The quality of our bands is superior to those offered by other jewelers. WE DO NOT SELL GOLD-PLATED OR HOLLOW RINGS! We offer 950 platinum ,14K or 18K gold , 950 Palladium and we polish and hand inspect each product before it is shipped to guarantee satisfaction. What is the status of my order? How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account from our website. You will need to enter your email address and password to log in. From there you can see your order history and the status of your order.
If you do not know your log in information, please email, call or us and a customer service representative will provide you with the status for your order.
All information is updated daily. Once the order is shipped, the status will be updated accordingly and you will receive the tracking information for your order by email.
Your platinum is 95% pure. What is the other 5%?
All WeddingBandsUS platinum bands are 95% pure Platinum and 5% Ruthenium. This particular platinum/ruthenium alloy combination is the highest purity available in platinum bands. Platinum wedding bands made with ruthenium are harder and more durable than platinum wedding bands made with iridium.
What is the difference between Comfort-fit and non Comfort-fit?
All our wedding bands are comfort-fit style, which means extra metal is used to make the inside of the band slightly domed, resulting in a very comfortable fit.
Can I return or exchange a ring that has been engraved or has a special finish?
Yes, Regular machine engraving or a standard finishing (brushed, sand stone,satin, hammered etc.) does not make the ring a custom order and so it can be returned or exchanged.
I would like to place an international order. Do I pay custom fees to WeddingBandsUS ?
When you place your order, we collect payment for the item plus the cost of shipping. Once the package arrives in your country Fedex will contact you to collect any taxes or duties. International shipping is done via Fedex International Priority and usually takes about two days. WeddingBandsUS.com is not responsble for VAT, duties or any other taxes the customer can incur upon delivery.
Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?

Do you ship to military APO's?
Yes. We will gladly mail your purchase to any military APO using the US Postal Service Registered Mail. Registered mail shipments are fully insured and can take up to three weeks for delivery, so order early!
Can I pay with two different credit cards?
Yes. If you'd like pay with two different cards, please place your order over the phone with customer service at 212-302-0023, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. (EST).

What is the GIA diamond certificate?
A GIA diamond certificate assures the value and quality of your diamond. GIA are the gold standard in diamond grading. Their reports detail key characteristics of each diamond.
I am allergic to nickel. Do your rings have nickel in them?
Since gold is a naturally yellow metal, alloys are added to make to it less yellow. It is then rhodium plated to create a crisp white finish. The alloys used in our white gold include nickel. Many people have nickel sensitivities and allergies. If you have a nickel allergy, we suggest you buy yellow gold or select an alternative metal such as palladium or Platinum.
What happens if my package is lost?
All of our orders are insured and shipped with Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. Once a package has been shipped an automatic email is sent to the customer with the tracking number. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your package by the scheduled delivery date. A customer service representative will help you to initiate an investigation and work with you to get you the ring you ordered as soon as possible
What are my payment options?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal and googleCheckout.
What are your shipping fees?
We offer free UPS ground shipping on all orders(Domestic only). Ground shipping may take upto 5 business days from the date it is shipped from our headquarters, depending on where the order is being shipped to. We also offer second day delivery for an additional charge of $25 and Overnight shipping for an additional $40.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
WeddingBandsUS only collects sales tax on orders that are shipped to New York.
I know my ring size in other international measurements. How can I find out how to convert it to American measurements?
We have a helpful International Sizing Chart to help convert your measurement to our American measurement. The chart is located under Information, on the left side of the page. Click on Ring Sizing Chart, and convert your international size to our standard size.
If I order my ring and it does not fit me can I get it resized?
If the wedding ring you ordered does not fit your finger size, you can return it once within Thirty (30) days from the date shipped to be sized or exchanged for the proper size. Just specify your correct finger size. You will be charged for shipping the wedding ring back to you, re-sizing is free.

The term carat is used to measure the weight of a diamond.
